Dr Kayombo is a fellow of the Associaton of Chartered Certfied Accountants (ACCA). He currently offers lectures in auditng to final year professional accountancy students. He also lectures in research methods and supervises postgraduate dissertatons. Dr Kayombo has been in academia for over ten (10) years, prior to which he worked in the public sector in auditng. He is actvely involved in developing programme curricula for business related degrees and writng of distance educaton modules. His current research interests include brand management in higher educaton, social media in educaton and enhancing accountability in SMEs.

Dr Lengwe is the Director of Research, Consultancy and Innovaton, and is a Lead Consultant, Researcher and Advisor on aspects of organisatonal development and growth. He has vast experience in crafing ofstrategy, implementaton and analysis; financial management cutng across the public, private and NGO sectors; project development and management; accountng and auditng; financial planning and investment; training of trainers; training needs assessment; course design and compilatons of training manuals; etc. Having worked in the office of the Auditor General for more than 12 years, he accumulated vast experience in both the public and private sectors including parastatal organisatons. He has conducted a number of training workshops in financial management; project management, monitoring and evaluaton, fraud, forensic audits and investgaton, corrupton and risk management, strategic planning, marketng, project proposals, corporate governance, interpretaton of financial statements, etc.
