From booking to exam day

    Find your programme

    Open the Pearson VUE or PSI catalogue and select your exam sponsor or testing programme.

    Book with the provider

    Sign in through the provider or sponsor, choose an available appointment and select ZCAS when listed.

  3. 03

    Prepare for check-in

    Review your confirmation email and programme handbook, then arrive with the required identification.

Your exam programme's rules always take priority, but these steps help prevent common check-in problems.

    Match your identificationThe name used for booking should exactly match your accepted identification.

    Read your confirmationCheck the required IDs, appointment time, location and any sponsor-specific instructions.

    Plan to arrive earlyAllow about 30 minutes for check-in unless your confirmation gives different instructions.

    Keep personal items outsidePhones, watches, notes and other personal items are generally not allowed in the testing room.
