Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies (ZCAS) invites eligible local consulting firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for consultancy services for the design and preparation of a fully costed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the construction of student hostel accommodation at the ZCAS campus.
Project Overview
ZCAS plans to develop a modern on-campus student hostel facility with a minimum capacity of 250 bed spaces, subject to final design and site considerations. The consultancy will cover architectural and engineering designs, cost estimates, and preparation of detailed BOQs to support informed decision-making.
Scope of Consultancy
The assignment includes:

Eligibility
Participation is restricted to Citizen and Local Consulting Firms that meet statutory, technical, and professional requirements in line with Zambian procurement regulations.
Submission Deadline
Expressions of Interest must be submitted on or before 30 December 2025 at 10:30 hours (local time).
